By creating a Scoutiv account or using the Scoutiv platform at scoutiv.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Mahl Technologies Ltd. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Scoutiv.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Scoutiv is an email outreach and automation platform. It allows users to connect sender accounts, send personalized campaign emails to contact lists they manage, track engagement, coordinate replies, and maintain compliance records. Scoutiv provides campaign management, follow-up sequencing, open and click tracking, unsubscribe management, and suppression list maintenance.
Scoutiv is a tool that enables sending. The user is the sender. The user controls the content, the recipients, and the timing. Scoutiv provides the infrastructure.
You agree to use Scoutiv only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use Scoutiv to:
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund, reporting to relevant authorities where required by law, and permanent banning from the platform.
Scoutiv automatically enforces the following on every email sent through the platform: a working unsubscribe link, instant suppression of unsubscribed addresses, and cessation of follow-up sequences on reply or unsubscribe.

Scoutiv provides compliance tools. Scoutiv is not your legal counsel. If you are unsure about the legal requirements for your specific sending situation, consult a qualified legal professional.
By connecting a sender account, you authorize Scoutiv to use that account to provide the product features you enable, including sending emails you create, tracking campaign activity, importing replies into your workspace, and enforcing unsubscribe and suppression rules.
Your use of any connected sender account remains subject to the terms, acceptable use policies, and sending limits of the applicable email provider or mail host.
You may disconnect a sender account from Scoutiv at any time from your account settings. Disconnecting a sender account prevents future sending and reply tracking from that account inside Scoutiv.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not share your account with others. Each user must create their own account. Agency and team plans are available for managing multiple users under one subscription.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted.
If your payment fails, we will notify you and your account may be downgraded to a free tier or suspended after a grace period. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
Scoutiv, including its software, design, features, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Mahl Technologies Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or license to Scoutiv's intellectual property beyond the right to use the platform as described.
You retain full ownership of all content you create within Scoutiv — your email templates, campaign content, and contact data. By using Scoutiv, you grant Mahl Technologies Ltd a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAHL TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR DAMAGE TO REPUTATION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SCOUTIV.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF SCOUTIV SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MAHL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy.
On termination, your access to the platform ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days in secure backup before permanent deletion, except for suppression list data which is retained for compliance purposes.
SCOUTIV IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EMAILS SENT THROUGH THE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS REACH THEIR INTENDED RECIPIENTS. EMAIL DELIVERABILITY DEPENDS ON FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL, INCLUDING RECIPIENT MAIL SERVER SETTINGS, PROVIDER POLICIES, AND SENDER ACCOUNT LIMITS.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Scoutiv shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria. If you are located in a jurisdiction that does not permit this choice of law, the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction may apply.
