Every email sent through Scoutiv includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. This is automatic, mandatory, and cannot be disabled on any plan. This is not just a legal requirement โ it is a best practice that protects your sender reputation and builds trust with your recipients.
When a recipient clicks the unsubscribe link, they are taken to a hosted page to confirm with a single click. Their email address is immediately added to your permanent suppression list, and any pending follow-up emails are cancelled instantly. They will never receive another email from your account through Scoutiv.
Your suppression list is visible in your dashboard. You can export it at any time. You should never manually add previously suppressed addresses back to a campaign list.
