How do I connect a sender account?

After signing up, go to Email Accounts in your dashboard and choose the account type you want to connect. Scoutiv supports Google, Outlook, and custom SMTP sender accounts.

Can I connect multiple sender accounts?

Yes. You can connect multiple sender accounts as your plan allows and assign them across different workspaces and campaigns.

How does the unsubscribe feature work?

Every email sent through Scoutiv automatically includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. When a recipient clicks it, they are immediately added to your suppression list and will never receive another email from your account through Scoutiv. This happens automatically โ€” you do not need to configure anything.

Is Scoutiv compliant with CAN-SPAM and GDPR?

Scoutiv enforces unsubscribe compliance and instant suppression automatically on every send. You are responsible for ensuring you have a legitimate basis to email your recipients. Read our full CAN-SPAM and GDPR policies for details.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. To permanently delete your account and data, email [email protected].
